Fenix RD lets an AI diagnose and fix a computer remotely: it runs commands first and only looks at the screen when it has to. The person being helped installs one small app, presses a single button, and sees at all times who is connected — and can cut the session instantly.

Diagnosis runs through the command line — faster and far more reliable than clicking around a screen. Screen access is a last resort, not the default.

Nothing starts without your approval. A permanent indicator shows who is connected, and one click ends the session immediately.
